🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To initiate a return:

Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Return reason must be valid (e.g., wrong item, defect, or issue).

  • Return must be approved before shipping the product back.

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items

  • Personal hygiene or beauty products

  • Customized or made-to-order items


🔁 Exchange

Yes, we support size exchanges!

If your product doesn’t fit and you'd like to exchange it for another size:

  • You must contact us on WhatsApp at +919123362546

  • Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • You will be required to pay the full exchange shipping fee
    (This includes delivery of the new product + pickup of the old one)

Once payment is confirmed and the returned item is received in good condition, we will dispatch the replacement.


💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued only in approved cases after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


🛠 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Send a message on WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We will resolve the issue through replacement or refund
