1. Products & Orders

  • Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inaccuracies, fraud, or stock issues.

  • Order confirmation occurs after successful payment (prepaid) or upon acceptance of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.


2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and COD (where available).

  • BlueHoly is not responsible for payments until confirmed.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India via trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines and shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Delays due to external circumstances may occur and are beyond our control.


4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We follow our official Return & Refund Policy published on blueholy.com.

4.1 Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Initiate returns via WhatsApp at +919123362546  within the 7-day window.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-returnable items: Final sale items, personal hygiene or beauty products, and customized/made-to-order products.

4.2 Exchanges

  • Size exchanges supported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customer pays full exchange shipping fees (pickup + new delivery).

  • Replacement dispatched after payment confirmation and receipt of the returned item in good condition.

4.3 Refunds

  • Refunds issued only after inspection and approval.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds made to the original payment method or via bank transfer for COD.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4.4 Defective or Wrong Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+919123362546 ) with order details and photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund.


5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal details for order processing.

  • Misuse of COD (e.g., repeated returns) may lead to restricted access.

  • Fraudulent activity will be reported under Indian law, including the IT Act, 2000, and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • BlueHoly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages relating to product or website usage.

  • All products are sold “as is,” and warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturer.


7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data is collected only for order fulfillment and customer support.

  • Data may be shared with logistics/payment partners or as required by law.

  • Use of the site implies consent to our Privacy Policy.


8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
