Order confirmation occurs after successful payment (prepaid) or upon acceptance of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
2. Pricing & Payment

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and COD (where available).

BlueHoly is not responsible for payments until confirmed.
3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India via trusted courier partners.

Delivery timelines and shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delays due to external circumstances may occur and are beyond our control.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We follow our official Return & Refund Policy published on blueholy.com.
4.1 Returns

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

Initiate returns via WhatsApp at +919123362546 within the 7-day window.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable items: Final sale items, personal hygiene or beauty products, and customized/made-to-order products.
4.2 Exchanges

Size exchanges supported within 7 days of delivery.

Customer pays full exchange shipping fees (pickup + new delivery).

Replacement dispatched after payment confirmation and receipt of the returned item in good condition.
4.3 Refunds

Refunds issued only after inspection and approval.

Processing time: 5–7 business days.

Refunds made to the original payment method or via bank transfer for COD.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4.4 Defective or Wrong Items

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+919123362546 ) with order details and photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
5. User Responsibilities

Misuse of COD (e.g., repeated returns) may lead to restricted access.
